CA Bhanu Prakash Yelchuri - Lead Partner

Experience:

Bhanu has more than 17+ years of post-qualification professional experience with specialisation in Financial Services.
Bhanu started his career with Lovelock & Lewes (Member firm of Price Waterhouse) and thereafter worked for SKS Microfinance Limited and B S R R & Co (Member firm of KPMG).
In his stint with Lovelock & Lewes and B S R R & Co Bhanu was involved with statutory audit of various NBFC's, Manufacturing and Infrastructure companies as Engagement Manager including Coromandel International, Karvy Group, Indu Group, Madhucon, KMC, Spandana Sphoorthy, Seven Hills Hospital, Global Hospital and various other NBFC's located across India.
During his stint with SKS Microfinance Bhanu was associated in the public listing processof the SKS.
Over the last 10 years Bhanu worked extensively in different roles as that of an Engagement Partner in audit practice.
In this engagement Bhanu will play a lead role as an Engagement Lead Partner and will be responsible for the execution and delivery of all the statutory audit and tax audits of the Group., developing and communicating the audit methodology and the implementation of the same.
He would also be primarily responsible for the technical quality of the assignments undertaken, completion of the assignments undertaken within agreed timelines and continuous communication with Senior Management of the clients.

CA. Anupama Cheedella - Partner

Experience:

Anupama has more than 10 years of post-qualification professional experience with specialization in audit of financial services entities and HR Ops.
Anupama started her career with Deloitte in Assurance department and thereafter worked in BlackStone and EY, Cayman Island.
In her stint with BlackStone, Anuapama handled reporting function of the fund.
Anupamahas worked extensively in different roles mainly into Reporting, Audit of Financial Services and US Taxation.
Anupama helps is entity set up services in India, US and Singapore. Also she leads the US Taxation practice of the Firm

CA Sudhakar Durga N - Consultants

Experience:

During the stint with KPMG Sudhakar is involved in the Integrated audit of pharmaceutical entity listed in NYSE, Review / audit of documentation (test of design effectiveness and operating effectiveness) with respect to various processes viz., Order to cash, P2P, AR and AP; FSCP, Asset Management etc. Evaluation of key accounting transactions from applicable accounting frameworks (US GAAP / IFRS.
Dr. Reddy’s Laboratories Limited : The objective of the role is to be the "Centre of Excellence for Financial reporting" purposes. The role encompasses – analysis of complex accounting transactions from IFRS and Indian Accounting Standards point of view; Review of quarterly and Annual IFRS financial statements (Form 6-K and Form 20F; Impart training to the entire finance function in Dr. Reddy's (across various locations) regularly; Prepare Comprehensive accounting Manual under IFRS and keep the contents updated; Review of controls and the associated documentation relating to Financial Statement Closure Process
During his stint with Bharat Financial Inclusion, he was involved preparation of risk control matrices and enterprise risk evaluation and management
Sudhakar heads the Financial Reporting practice of the Firm ando implements strict quality control mechanism across the firm.

CA. Aditya G - Consultants

Experience:

Aditya is a Chartered Accountant by profession and he is coming from a family of Chartered Accountants.
In addition to Audit, his area of expertise includes Direct & Indirect Taxation, Due Diligence, MIS, Reporting, Legal Entity Reporting (Stat & Mgmt), Internal Controls (design, implementation & audit), SOX testing, strong knowledge in Accounting under IGAAP, USGAAP & IFRS and performed various Finance Process Automation projects. He began his career in Nov 2011 at BSRR & Co. (An affiliate of KPMG India) in Audit & Assurance.
During his stint, he handled clients from various industries i.e Agro based, Software, Power sector, Pharma, infra etc. He played an important role in audit of SEBI & NYSE listed Pharma company, Govt owned Pharma entity, Agri Products manufacturing company.
Post KPMG, he worked with Thomson Reuters (USA), AXA (France) where he was responsible for the entire financial vertical of the company and worked closely with the Group leadership and Board of Directors. He has received many awards for his exemplary performance and achievements.
Aditya, given his previous experience and his strong skillset in the domain of finance automation helps clients in strengthening through automation of accounting and other allied processes.

CA. Dileep Kumar Boddu - Consultants

Experience:

Dileep Kumar` is a Chartered Accountant by profession.
